Online Payments

Through our online office, information is available anytime. The information is updated each night. Through our online office we provide information which can be obtained when you are ready for it.

Homeowners:

  • Pay your fees online with your credit card or check!
  • View a statement of your account! www.padroncpa.com
  • Sign up for direct payment of your fees! Simply download the form, print it from your computer, fill in the appropriate information, and fax the form to our office at 305.253.3237 or mail in with your payment.
  • Request that your mailing address be changed. You must provide your complete account number for security purposes. A new payment booklet will be mailed to you upon completion of the change.
  • Print a new coupon booklet to pay your fees.
  • Register your e-mail address with us.  Receive association information on-line! Receive account status information, newsletters, etc. directly to your desktop.
  • If you are a new owner to one of our communities you must provide a copy of the warranty deed before we can update our records. You may E-mail the warranty deed to customer.service@padroncpa.com or fax it to our office at 305.253.3237.  A new maintenance fee coupon booklet will be mailed to you upon updating our records.
